Hi. Can anyone help me out?
I am having problems with Netflix on my phone and tablet. It doesn't run on wifi. Netflix only runs on my phone when I run it on 3G. There is nothing wrong with my wifi. My phone just loads and I can't even log onto Netflix on my tablet. The internet and every other app on my phone and tablet work. After contacting Netflix they said it could be my internet provider. I rang my provider and they said there were no problems with them and that it is the Netflix app that's causing the problem. I've turned my phone and tablet on and off but it still doesn't work. I even turned my internet off but it made no difference. When I stream Netflix on my PC it works perfectly.
Any ideas?
