When I called on Monday before the email that shipments would start this week went out, I got a follow-up email regarding the call that said:

I apologize for the delay in the shipment of your package and have processed a full refund for the cost of shipping.
Hasn't it been said that they'll be refunding the shipping charge in a week? Since we have emails from the original No. 15 back order update saying we'd get free shipping, we shouldn't have any trouble getting our $13.99 back should we have to chase them.
