you cant compare pc vs mobile processors but i would take a guess and say that s4 is better

i don't think you can compare very easily, just like you can't compare the GPU on the nexus to your computer's graphics card.

S4 Pro is an arm based architecture and the Athlon is x86 .. x86 is made for complex process and arm is made for less intensive processes thats why smartphones dont use any cooling and desktops use proper heat sinks. So they both are good at their own respected process
