My brother gets crappy signal from T-Mobile and Sprint where he goes to college right now, so before he gets added to our family plan, he needs to get through another year of school with decent coverage and AT&T has good coverage there. I've found two reasonable AT&T MVNO's pricewise.

Airvoice offers unlim. talk+text with 500mb data (don't need more data at the moment) for $40/month.

Pure Talk USA offers unlim. talk+text with 600mb data for $45/month.

There are a slew of other AT&T MVNO's but the rest I didn't list here because they offer the same plans but for $50 a month.

I'm wondering if anyone here uses either of these service providers with their Nexus 4 (or any phone for that matter) and can comment on their experience using them.

also Net10 is $50 a month for 1.5gb and unl.t&t, $45.00 for autopay and around $40.00 on the net (ebay, crazy game time etc.) I was on Airvoice and they are good. The only thing I didn't like is they only give you 400mb of data. You have to call when you run out to get the other 100mb WTF? If I paid why do I have to call for something I already paid for?? Now on Net 10 and so far so good.

I've been using Pure Talk for less than a month and I'm pleased with the service. An added plus is their customer service is in Georgia so you can understand them:)

If you get the correct APN settings with Net10 ( for whatever reason they change them) I'm getting low4 to high 5 dn and 1 up. Very happy so far

It's a cap. But what I didn't like is they give you 300 or 400 mb first and if/when you use it all you have to call them to get the other 100 or 200 mb's ?????? If I pay for 500 why can't I get all 500? Why do I have to call? It makes no sense to me.
