Former iPhone user needs help with music...

Hi Folks,
I just got my Nexus 4 after being a long time iPhone user and I am absolutely loving it. The question that I have is about converting Wav to MP4. When I converted a good portion of my music to iTunes it converted it to WAV which my Nexus doesn't recognize. I still have all my music and need a little guidance on how to convert back to MP3 or MP4 (whichever is best for the Nexus). I would prefer not to do it all through iTunes as creating duplicates and renaming all the music would get rough pretty fast. I appreciate any help that I can get...

Sorry for the lack of help, any conversion program will do.
I found this on the 1st page of google, had the best rating compared to the others but really not sure how it is.

As for format, stick with MP3.
