My phone running Paranoid Android 3.97 but Root Checker is showing my that phone is not rooted.

I am running PA 3.97 with Franco Kernel and Root Checker app is showing that my phone is not rooted. The data/data folder is also empty. I was able to access this folder when i was on Android 4.2.2 but unable to with android 4.3. How can i fixed this?

The fact that you are 4.3 might be throwing your rot check app for a loop. As for not accessing the data folder, I have no idea.

Flashing a custom kernel breaks root. Flash supersu zip and you should have root again
