Transfer pictures from one album to another

Is it possible to do this on the phone? Right now the only way I can do it is by connecting the phone via USB and opening it on my computer as a media device in Windows.

Yes. Open the gallery of your choice (I use Quickpic) and open the album with photos you want moved. Multi-select the photos in that album and select all the photos you want moved. Press menu, select "move" or "move to" then navigate to the new album and press "paste" or "ok", whichever option is presented to move the photos.

The important thing to note here is that it is not possible with the default Gallery app.

Besides the app the previous poster mentions, you call also use a file management app such as ES File Explorer.

Thanks! I will look into those apps. I have been using the stock Gallery app.
