App to Alter permission for all Apps under Kit Kat

Since Facebook's App has been reported to keep burning your battery with Keeping Awake here is a new App to help you control the permissions of every App on your phone. help App Ops 4.3 / 4.4 KitKat by Color Tiger

Perhaps most interestingly, apps now list under Keep Awake (wake lock) as a permission that can be altered. So you should be able to revoke this and the app won't be able to wake up your device. I just took away lot of permissions from Facebook App. Here is a article on it

Seems interesting. How does this affect apps like evernote that need to sync in the background? Or even google+ with auto upload?

Is it that they just can't wake the device when the screen is already off or does it revoke apps' ability to sync at any point unless you manually sync?

Trying to understand the functions so I don't mess anything up!
