Nexus 5 SIM card not detected.
I purchase a new Nexus 5 from an online retailer. Took it to Rogers to transfer my existing Sim card to a mini-sims card. The phone doesn't detect any service provider but it does detect a wifi network. Still we were not able to upload anything from the wifi source.
The retailer inserted his own sim card into the device and it was able to detect a network. They said it was due to the phone being locked. But the phone was already in unlocked setting.
I am using a prepaid plan.
