my old nexus 5 is working, the tool to insert text in google is in pinyin Chinese and the "iWnn IME" is in Japanese

Just bought a nexus 5 with android 5.1.1 and can't make speech recognition work

My old nexus 5 didn't have some new specifications. My language is Portuguese. In google's tools to insert text, it's discriminated "for pinyin" (Chinese); in "IWnn IME" japanese appears. No apps that use sound are working (like tuning) and mic is working normally. Does anybody have a clue?
