not rooted Nexus 5 w Marshmallow not USB connecting to Win 10
I used to have a Win 7 pc and my Nexus connected to it no problem. I recently got a new Win 10 pc and now my Nexus 5 Marshmallow doesn't connect. The Nexus icon will appear in the directory list but nothing happens when I click on it. I went to Device Manager and ran the Troubleshoot but that didn't help. I downloaded and installed the Microsoft Media Features Pack but that didn't fix it. I'm plugging the Nexus into a USB 2.0 port.
I tried on Standard account and Admin account. Neither worked.
Any ideas how to fix this?
I can transfer music files using wifi but that is much slower.
