Process 10089 battery drain

Hello, I have a question and a problem, same time. I'm getting abnormal battery drain on my 2yo Nexus 5, marshmallow. Doze doesnt seem to kick in at all, instead I see heavy gps usage and lots of waketime with regular intervals, that does not change even when not using the phone for several hours or after rebooting.

Right after wifi Im getting strange 10089 process that seem to align with heaviest drainage. Any discussion, insight, tips and help will be apreciated!

Welcome.

Try to find out what is keeping your phone awake. High Google Play Services battery usage suggests that an app may be requesting location reporting. As a diagnostic, switch off location reporting for a while.
Wakelock Detector may also be helpful.

Welcome to Android Central! Is your Location Service set to High Accuracy, or is GPS actually turning on even if it's set to Battery Saving?

Hello, gps is permanently turned off, havent used google maps either so it wasnt turned on automatically.
what exacly is this 10089 service?

That's weird. I don't know what 10089 is, but I've seen occasional issues on all kinds of Android devices where some system app or process that only carries a number label shows up. Does this happen on Safe Mode as well? https://support.google.com/nexus/answer/2852139?hl=en

I'll try safe mode. In the meanwhile, I'd be glad on anyone's feedback on 10089, would be nice not to factory reset
