display flickering

for past 4 days my nexus is doing some random fluctuations in its display while typing the screen goes upside down and it also getting worse day by day .
please suggest something .

Welcome to Android Central! The screen actually inverts, such that the top is at the bottom of the screen, and vice-versa? Does this happen in Safe Mode? https://support.google.com/nexus/answer/2852139?hl=en

its happening all over my phone it is not seeing anything whether it is in safe mode or anything it just want to flicker .
so just 4 hours ago i have replaced my flex cable with a new one and its just fine now may be it was due to excessive heat up on the usb
when it was attached to my phone for two hours continuously while transferring my whole data to my usb stick .
my bad ... but now its fine . thanks for the suggestion .
