Authentication Problem when trying to connect to WiFi

Hi, I just bought a Nexus 6 phone recently. I tried connecting to the Wi-Fi where I work but it keeps saying Authentication Problem beside the WiFi name and will not connect. I just updated to Lollipop 5.1.1 thinking this would help but I am still having this issue.

Can someone help me please? I don't want to have to use my data whilst at work all the time!
