Nexus 7 wouldn't charge no matter what. Battery fault?

Hi all, my nexus 7 died 2 days ago. This is the situation. My nexus 7 recently charges very slowly. Perhaps 40-60% for 6-8hrs. It happens for about 2 weeks now. 3 days ago, it literally wouldn't charge at all. It is stuck at 0% and it just powers off whenever I tried to power it on.

I have tried these methods.
1. Wiped all the apps and settings.
2. Used different cables.
3. Power off using the volume adjust buttons with the power on/off botton.
4. Removed the back cover. The battery connection wasn't out or loose. I tried to take out and connect the battery back again.

The problem is. Why wouldn't the nexus 7 charge even though I have AC power plugged in? I can see the charging sign run when it is powered off. Is it the battery problem or maybe the components are fault? Anyone has any idea?

Please if anyone have other solution, I'm willing to try. If anyone knows where to get another extra battery please link me to it. I couldn't find it in ebay or from asus website.

Maybe your charger is faulty. Do you have another 2 amp 5 volt charger such as one from an iPad?

I had tried 3 other charges I had at my home. None worked.

Use the N7 plug, but a different cable.
