The article linked above is good, but a quick answer (confirmed by the article) is that you are doing well to keep it topped off. It won't overcharge, and it shouldn't have "memory" issues from not being run down regularly.

My 2 cents is not to worry about charging too much. Since the Nexus 7 will charge wirelessly even while it is in a case, I just leave my Nexus 7 on the wireless charger whenever it is not in use. That ensures the tablet is full charged when I want to use it. I use the Nokia 910 charger that holds the Nexus 7 at a 70 degree angle and the Nexus display a clock while it is charging.
