Can't charge my nexus7

I met a problem when I was trying to charge my nexus7. It wouldn't charge and it remained in low battery. Anyone can help me with it？I tried different usb cable and different adapters.Still didn't work.

Any USB port damage so far as you can see?
(Also, have you tried a different wall socket?)

Is it safe to assume that it's a 2013 version?

Did you happen to drop it while it was plugged in? Or do anything else that may have bent/damaged the pins in the micro-USB port?
You could examine the micro-USB port with a magnifying glass to see if anything looks out of whack.

Other than that if you've tried different USB cables and chargers I'd have to assume that there's something wrong with the battery.

Nexus 7's are known to have USB ports that go bad. Happened to mine. I got a qi wireless charger off of Amazon and it works. Still wish the USB port worked though
