Why won't my phone unlock since the Lollipop update?

Can't unlock after Lolipop update

I just received the OTA Lollipop update last week. I assume it's 5.0.2, but I never got 5.0.1 so I'm not sure. Since the update, I cannot get into my Nexus 7. When I try an incorrect pattern, it tells me the pattern is incorrect. But when I try the correct pattern, it does nothing. What can I do to reset or access the device?

You can log into Android Device Manager and change the password that way.
