Pixel Voicemail Shortcut Missing

I have a users that is missing the little voicemail shortcut within his phone app.

I have a Pixel as well on our Corporate acct just like he does and it shows for me?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure the corporate account is eligible for VVM. If it is, then go into the settings within the dialer and make sure VVM is enabled.

We turned off Vvm and turned it back on and it reappeared.... so weird.

Yep, this is the fix for this odd bug. I've had the VVM tab disappear twice on me now since picking up my Pixel in December, but turning it off and back on has fixed it both times.
