Why isn't my Play Store connecting?

ive tried several solutions but all seems not working. please someone help me

I think you need to perform a Hard Reset your device, it may wipe your data but will solve your problem.

Maybe date and time is not right. Try to fix date or time settings. Maybe it's sync error.
Or re-login to google account could help. Settings > Accounts > Google.
