Play Store app recommendations

Hello guys,
I have an Android phone and recently I gave to my daughter a tablet too. I made the "mistake" of setting it up with my Google account. The deal is that she started to install all games for her age, and now even after I made a new account just for her and removed all those games from the "My apps" section in the Play Store in my phone, it still keeps recommending child games.

Is there any way to fix this or are my recommendations screwed for good?

Welcome to Android Central! Moved to the Play Store forum.

I did a bit of searching and couldn't find a definite way to do this. Some people suggested going to your My Apps list in the Play Store app and tapping the X to remove them from your list. This might remove the apps from the Play Store's recommendation algorithm as well, but I'm not sure.
