Project Fi in Milwaukee/SE Wisconsin

Can anyone help me with this, I need to know how project Fi works in Milwaukee or Southeast Wisconsin. Right now I have Verizon and I'm tired of paying $100 for service. Thanks in advance.

I've made one road trip Oconomowoc, WI after switching to Project Fi. It was in late winter due to my Grandfather passing away. So, I wasn't running speed tests or checking which networks had what signal strengths were. What I can tell you I had no issues running navigation, Escort radar app, gas buddy, SMS, and phones calls during the weekend trip. From looking at coverage maps it should be even better since US Cellular shows coverage of south eastern Wisconsin. They hadn't even announced they would be joining Project Fi at the time I made the trip.

We live in Madison, but I visit the Milwaukee area to see family frequently - no issues at all in that part of the state, even before the pervasive (in SE WI) Cellular One networks are added.

Yeah, I switched last week, I seldom leave the metropolitan area so I should be fine. Verizon can kiss my A+s!

I was wondering the same thing.

I have been on Sprint since 2002 on an unlimited text/data plan (1500 mins) with 3 lines for about $177/mo. Now my brother just left for Ting, sticking my wife and I with the remainder of the monthly bill so I'm looking to switch to FI or Ting.

Problem is that we have Sprint now and it doesnt work well so we have an Air Rave. I guess I wouldnt need that anymore since all calls at home would be via wifi? But while out in the yard where wifi cant reach I'd be on whatever network picks up out there.

I work in Downtown Milwaukee next to the Amtrak station, I'd assume someone has decent enough service to pick up down there.

I live in La Crosse, well Vernon County to be precise and use fi. I have had the service now for 3 months. I tried them for a month before sticking with fi. I live in a no tmo or Sprint area, but in a us Cellular area. I work in all of Wi, Mn and Iowa. I have had very few issues. I had to use Madison for a number tho as my area is unsupported.

My thoughts are it is that you should always be in an area that one of them get service. Only thing I don't like about project funded through Google don't know why that is I just don't like the fact that Google has made themselves a phone company but I might try it when they just for the heck of it. What should I say
