Red outline on Galaxy Nexus when certain buttons are pressed?

Hey All,

looking for some help on an issue i'm having with my galaxy nexus. If i'm changing some settings such as Accessibility > Touch & hold delay, i see a brief glimpse of a red outline on my screen. There are some other settings though in which that appears as well... I'm not sure what the problem is.

ahhh now it shows up when i adjust the volumes panel within settings as well...

At first I was thinking maybe your were in an app that's not yet ICS ready but it seems that's happening to you in the OS menu.

I haven't seen that happen on mine yet but will report back if I do.
