I've bought on Internet a Galaxy Nexus, I've turned it on, all good, but i've realized that this phone doesn't have a Retail Software installed, he has a Pre Release version!
Device: Galaxy Nexus I9250XXKL1
Build number: full_maguro-eng 4.0.1 ICL23D 320 test-keys
OS: Android 4.0.1
Kernel:3.0.1
Since this is the only phone I have and If I send it back to the store It will take about 15 days to have a new one, I would like to try to upgrade it to the Release version.
The bootloader is already unlocked (default config), because there is a unlocked symbol under Google image.
On normal Boot I have this screen
On Fastbooloder (all buttons pressed) I have this screen
Now the question is, how to upgrade this Pre Release Dev Version to a Google Retail?
I've found those images ( Factory Images for Nexus Devices - Google Support for Nexus Phones and Flagship Devices - Google Code ) but I have no idea how to upgrade, i've tryied with GNex Toolkit and is not working because there isn't the Dev Preview Version (23D) available there only Retail (41D & F).
Thank you!
