Damaged sim card tray

Hi

So I've damaged my sim card tray, as one of the contacts seems to be broken and I can no longer insert a sim card into the tray.

I've read on some other threads that it is easy to replace the tray and I note a few sites selling them for US$10 and under.

I could probably get it fixed, but I think it would cost more than US$10.

Are there any instructions on how to replace the tray? I've seen a few tear down videos, but nothing detailing changing the sim tray.
