I just purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue which includes the Nissan Navigation System with color 7" touch-screen monitor and VoiceRecognition for audio and navigation.

Does any one know if you would be able to use this built in 7" screen for Android Auto in some way?

Probably not, Android Auto would need to be installed from the manufacture.
