Welcome to Android Central! That may be hard to figure out, since that tablet is pretty obscure. You might end up having to do a hardware factory reset. First, try variations of the password (e.g., if there is a mix of capital and lower case letters, try flipping the case of each letter, in case you inadvertently had CAPS LOCK turned on while creating the password). You could also try contacting the manufacturer, but I doubt this will be helpful, since off-brand devices like this one usually have minimal to no customer support.

I just got ahold of them. The default password is: kidsafe in all lower caps
