Customization update from carrier?

Anyone else getting a notification for a customisation update? Despite the fact my device is factory unlocked, its clearly being pushed from vodafone. Once ignored it stays away until the device is powered off and back on again or the sim card removed etc I'am afraid to do the update as its likely just bloatware. Anyone else experience this ?

Not familiar with that update, but I do know this. You said your phone is unlocked, but it's it's unlocked, but branded by a carrier, it will still get any updates that carrier pushes out, whether they be security, feature, os version, or as you fear, bloatware.

Its not branded. Thats whats strange! The update notification only shows itself if i power the phone off and back on, Remove the sim and then insert it again or if i go to 'about' and click software update. So far i have just ignored it as i have no idea what it entails. I only know that it states its a customisation update from my carrier
