Download the rom and place on your sdcard.
I recommend to do a full wipe, Factoy reset/user data. cache, dalvik cache
and flash in recovery of your choice which i recommend 4EXT
I do not recommend using TB to restore you user data
I have flashed this on all hboots and 1.13 and 2.89 firmware with s-off but can not guarantee
it will for you with s-on

freeza's firmware updates
i assume you know what your doing to your phone

i retired the 3d for the LTE but when the update came out there was such a calling for a CleanROM update and Scott sold his, i thought it would nice to give back to the android community

I've been using this rom for about a month now after rooting my Evo 3D for the first time (first time ever rooting a phone though I did the whole homebrew thing with my pre). Definitely am loving it, though I am wondering if development is going to continue on it?

Cant figure out how to get swype installed. Got a link for one? Also the wifi tether says error starting softap and initializing wifi . worked the first time I tried it.. then after that.. it starts up with these errors. can't figure out how to fix besides wiping and starting over.

when you use the keyboard there should be a icon in the status bar, pull it down and choose what key board you want to use
With the wifi tether are you getting su permission? try clearing the cache and data for the wifi app and also do you have generic ics , mms clamping and routing fix checked
