Exchanged for new Evo3d

So I just exchanged your a brand new Evo3d, last one had bad battery life, missing icon problem, bad camera (green halo) etc....

for some reason my new phone doesn't seem as snappy....almost a bit laggy...would you guys suggest a hard reset? Anyone know whats causing this or did I get a different buggy phone?

Give the hard reset a try. Check to see if power saver or whatever its called is off.
