Restarting in Loops! Please Help!!!

My evo 3d was rooted and i recently flashed a custom rom. I downloaded FlashGUI so that my wifi would work with the rom and once i restarted the phone it started rebooting in loops. Just goes to the HTC Screen and then shuts off and repeats it. Can anyone help me??? I really don't want to have to get a new phone.

Sounds like a bad flash go back into recovery and reflash the Rom make sure it is compatible with your device and such
