good morning...
coming to work this morning my Evo 3D was fine. looked at the screen and there was a notice i had missed a call. 2 minutes later, went to return the call and the screen was black. will not respond to any input. have removed the battery and replaced - nothing. its on the charger now... when i initially plug it in i get a red light... followed shortly by a green light. i waited over an hour to try and boot it up, but nothing. any suggestions... it was purchased new in december. thanks for any help.

Sounds like a trip to sprint is in order...

But for giggles, remove battery, hold power around ten seconds, replace battery, and try to start phone.

already planning that trip. i'll try your suggestion, but can you elaborate on "hold power"... do you mean to hold down the power on button or have no power to the phone... just want to clarify. thanks again
