Hi! I'm new to this forum and have been lurking around for the past few weeks trying to get a handle on android phones in general. I'm using a sprint palm pre right now thats on its last legs and I needed an upgrade badly! In case anyones been wondering about pre-ordering through Best Buy (I hadn't seen any posts yet) but I found this on the Sprint.com website:

I went to several Best Buys in my area and they didn't know anything, they all gave me different answers as to what was coming out when. I got frustrated very quickly.
