My best friend bought the HTC EVO 4G LTE from Best Buy and she's having issues with the phone already. There are weird dots showing up whenever she used the keyboard in landscape mode. Also, the dots show up whenever she uses Instagram. Her camera takes perfect photos but once she pulls them into Instagram the dots appear. And finally, she also has issues with twitter timeline showing choppy fonts. You can see the issues in the screenshots provided.

If anyone has any idea what's going on and what she should do about it please advice and thanks in advance.

That is bizarre but if you look at the text in the last shot. There is a pattern to whats going on almost like the Font data base is messed up. Like all the small o has the same pixel out n the upper left corner. all the a have the same pattern so it's not random at all. On my Printers I work on that's normally a Video board or bad File that causes the entire system to do that.
