Question UN-Root my HTC Evo after I used Unrevoked3

I rooted my HTC Evo using Unrevoked3, I never used Unrevoked-Forever but in recovery it's showing S-OFF. I have CM7-RC2 currently installed. I am wanting to know how I can UN-Root my Evo for when the official Gingerbread and HTC Sense come out this Summer. Can any one help me with this or possibly point me in the right direction?

    Thanks :-)

Why un-root for that? The devs will all get their hands on it and make a rooted version in no time, like SAME day action. The themed and more modified ones will be out shortly after.
