HTC EVO 4G stuck in HBOOT and Boot looping

Earlier today, I dropped my phone in the toilet on accident. I quickly got it out and put it in rice. After a while, I turned the phone on, and it put itself in safe mode, and in safe mode I still had my pictures and music which is all I care about. But once I rebooted the phone, hoping it'd be back to normal, it went to HBOOT mode and now whatever I select doesn't do anything and if I reboot it, it loops.

your photos and music should be safe on the microSD card. take it out and export the data to another phone or a PC. let us know if you succeed.

Nope. My SD card only had a few of my photos and music. The rest were stored on the phone.
