"Battery History" Network usage app "0"?

Does anyone else have this UID list under network usage in battery history? I have Googled this and can't seem to find answers as to why it is up all the way. My Optimus S has the same UID but the blue bar isn't very high at all. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Shows AID_ROOT 0 /* traditional unix root user */

Also from what I researched was that not just the EVO could suffer from this, but people with many different kinds of devices had the same issue.

Was any more information learned about this?

I get great battery life when I just leave my 3g antenna on, but when I turn the WiFi on, it chews up the battery just in standby.
