Message cannot be downloaded
"Generic Network Failure" every single time I get a picture mail. Sometimes when I click download it will finally work, and sometimes I can keep clicking download and the same error will persist. I tried looking through here to see if this was already a post, and I couldn't find it. Sorry if it's a repeat.

Are you using 4G? If so, there is some glitch that does not allow picture mail to be downloaded over 4G.

try updating your data profile or if you have your MSL try a data restore. ##DATA#, Edit, MSL, Data, menu, restore. Phone should reboot and go through the Hands Free Activation process, then give it a shot
