Which One to get?

I'm trying to find out which version of the one is compatible with my networks lte, they use bands 1700 and 2100 and I understand that the t mobile version has them but at&t usually has the versions that are compatible, for example our gs4 version is the sgh 337 version which is at&t. My carrier is telcel in Mexico btw. Would
