screen goes off in middle of phone calls (recurring problem)

hi,
this was a known bug around 2 years ago, when you end a call, and the screen is already off,
so you need to get it back on again to end the call.

extremely annoying, and it was fixed somehow at the time, but now it's happening again, regularly.
(i think once you go past a minute or so, the screen goes off).

how is this fixed?

i cannot find the thread regarding this,
but somehow it was solved at the time.

so you have it too?
i first want to make sure it's not MY phone itself.

so did it start with the last software upgrade?

anyone else has this now?
