Why can't I make bluetooth calls any longer with my HTC One in my Mercedes?

Up until last week, everything was fine. I could make bluetooth calls in my car easily. Now the contacts will load but when I try to make a call, it doesn't connect and I get a message saying that the bluetooth isn't connected. I have un-paired the two and paired them back. I have deleted the phone from my car bluetooth list and reinstalled it but it still doesn't make calls. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Bluetooth​, select your Mercedes, and make sure Phone Audio is checked on.

Car Audio was off on my Mercedes E350 too. I must have inadvertently touch this myself.
