Will the AT&T One X ever get the 4.1 update?

I don't know about everyone else, but i have waited forever for this and it seems that it just won't come. Has anybody managed to update without rooting? Any news on a release date?

To my knowledge the update for the international version just hit. But as usual they sent it to at&t and at&t has to aprove it.

AT&T is testing it, same as Rogers in Canadia... Should come out around the same time as Rogers.. In guessing 2nd to 3rd week of January


EDIT: and I'm running it on my phone now without the att bloat, and it's super smooth, way better battery life than ICS

Hope so. Because i like my one x and want to have any update from 4.0

Early January is the rogers timeline that wads announced so it should be the same for at&t
