Slings, Grips, Cases and Rings

I'll start by saying that I have limited use of my hands (can't wrap a phone around my hand and move fingers as well as most people), couple this with the fact that I've just moved to my first phone with full touch screen I have difficulty adjusting.

I've just ordered a UAG case for my new HTC One.

After ordering the case I learned about Thing Sling, HandAble, Fly Grip and Bunker Ring and found that one of these would be ideal for me, I struggle not to accidentally press my thumb over a random part of the screen and accidentally calling my ex! A sling/grip/handle/ring would help me steady the phone.

My big question is, would all of these work WITH the UAG case? Also, which one do you prefer both personally speaking and based on what I mentioned in the first paragraph?
