huawei U8665 not vibrating

I am having trouble with my phone not vibrating. It used to, but a few weeks ago, it stopped. I have it on all of the vibrate settings' but it still won't. If I can please get help, I would really appreciate it.

Have you rebooted it? Sometimes settings get turned off or down in sub menus. I figured out a week ago why one of my phones had quit doing notification sounds, I had them on in the apps but off in the volume settings sub menu.

Yes, I have tried rebooting it. I have tried uninstalling apps that I installed around the time that it stopped vibrating because I heard that sometimes it is the battery.
