Why my smartphone takes long time to boot up?

I have a Huawei G610 with stock Android 4.1, 1GB ram and with low amount of apps.
Usually, when I reboot the phone, it shows the boot animation more then 10 minutes and after booting it stuck on lock screen for more then 6 minutes. Why it is taking a lot of time to boot up. I mean 10 to 13 minutes it just show the animation of Huawei. Can you tell me how to solve it.
(My smartphone is unrooted).

How long have you had the phone? When was the last time you did a factory reset? It could be time for one, just make sure you back up your data before you do it.
