Getting Replacement Phone

Ok, i am getting a replacement phone and was wondering what everyone would recommend as going about moving my root over.

Currently I am rooted with skyraider and would like to move everything over. What steps should I take to save my things on my current phone to move to my new phone?

Personally, I would save all your data. Do Titanium backups of all your apps, if for no other reason than to have a listing of all your apps, and then start over clean on the new phone.

Re-root using Unrevoked, reload Skyraider, load Titanium, download relevant apps from the market that you want to put back on the phone and restore data from titanium for those apps that need it.

This way you start clean. It will take a little longer then flashing a nandroid, but you will know that everything was installed cleanly.
