I'm tired of trying to figure this out on my own.

Hey guys, just thought i'd introduce myself.

I've got an android phone and am in CWM 4.0.1.5 with no back up and trying to install a firmware from my SD card. (i can't connect through USB)

Any help would be appreciated.
