Lenovo Tab 3 Charging Screen Shows Wrong Time

My Lenovo Tab 3 has always shown the wrong time on the charging screen and to date, I've never been able to fix the problem.

My Tab is currently on Android 5.0.1

Has anyone been able to solve this problem?

The date and time are correct in the status bar, though? Is this the stock lockscreen/charging screen, or could it be a 3rd party one?
