I have recorded 360 videos with 2K resolution (2560 x 1280).
When I try see/download those videos using "LG 360 CAM MANAGER" app, a message says that it can not be done.
- If I put the camera memory card in my smartphone. I can open it with "MX Player" APP. (https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...om.mxtech.videoplayer.ad&hl=es&token=O70k_GE-)
But in that app I can not see it in 360º mode. But I can see that they are played...
-Video files recorded in (1920 x 960) work fine with the LG app. They are downloaded and played with the LG app.
My smartphone is an "BQ Aquaris M5" BQ Aquaris M5 - Caracteristicas y especificaciones | BQ (android version 5.1.1). That smartphone have an FHD screen (1080 x 1920).
Have any one the same problem? Any Ideas to solve that?
