Guys somebody help me My phone freezes every morning

Hi there ,,,i need help ,,, My phone freezes everytime i disconnect it from the charger. I did the factory settings twice but it didnt help.plz tell me what shall i do

If a factory reset with no additional application installed doesn't work, I'd say return the phone.

The only other thing I can think of is sometimes a tight case with press the buttons on the phone and cause havoc.
